The property felt safe and friendly. Our room was clean and in good repair. The breakfast room was bright and pleasant with hot waffles and yogurt besides bagels to toast and juice. I appreciated the inside access to our upstairs rooms.

The room was what was needed. The two of us were on a long haul that passed through Grand Forks. It was the right place at the right time with no unwanted surprises.

Loved the options.. waffles and pancakes. Fruit and muffins with milk and juice.. I loved it!!👍🙂

It was a really good value. The location. Is the far north saide of town with quick access to the interstate

This is a basic hotel but offers a lot of value. For budget rates, it has a pool and breakfast and the rooms are a good size. The staff was friendly and even agreed to let me have a late checkout to teach my virtual classes.

Cook your own waffles or pancakes along with yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, juices, toast, peanut butter and jelly. Very good free wifi. About 75 cable tv channels available. Pool was open and very clean. Good Covid protocols in place. Helpful staff. I extended my stay. Hardee's fast food restaurant next door. Gas stations with large convenience store across the street.

When we go there ,he asked us to look at two rooms n we could chose which one we wanted. Very confident ßincr we've stayed so many times with them . Really liked that.
